Admission
Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Large group bookings, including stag and hen parties, are not permitted at our campsite. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion for reasons we deem appropriate, without prior notice.

Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

No refunds within 28 days of arrival date.

We strongly advise that you obtain holiday insurance to cover all eventualities/cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.

If the site needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. waterlogged pitches), you will be offered the option to reschedule your booking to a different date, subject to availability and provided the site is open. If necessary, this may include rescheduling to the following year.

Changes to your holiday
Bookings cannot be amended within 28 day(s) of arrival.
Modifications are subject to a £10.00 fee.

Dogs
Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

Extras
Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General
Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Bookings must not be for more than 55 consecutive nights.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Public areas are non-smoking.
Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

The site is not responsible for the loss/theft/damage of your belongings and vehicle.

The management has the right to claim back the cost to repair any damage caused to the site by the customer.

Pitches
Pitches are for guests staying in tents, trailer tents or campervans under 6m in length only. Campervan examples could include the Volkswagen Transporter, Ford Transit Custom, Mercedes-Benz Vito, and Renault Trafic (if you need clarification about the suitability of your campervan, please contact the site prior to making a booking for further assistance and information).

Please note, no CARAVANS or MOTORHOMES of any size are allowed under any circumstances due to site limitations and licensing restrictions. A motorhome is a purpose-built home-from-home where comfort has been built in from the beginning. You will be denied entry if you arrive with a caravan or motorhome. No refunds will be offered.

A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Our grass pitches are approximately 8m x 8m which will need to accommodate your tent, any extras (awning / gazebo / pup tent) and your vehicle (max 1 vehicle per pitch). Please ensure you size up your setup to ensure you have enough space otherwise you may need to book two pitches.

We will try our best to accommodate special requests for adjacent pitches, however this cannot be guaranteed, upon which we will allocate you as close together as we can.

A housekeeping charge of at least £25 will be applied if you leave rubbish / waste on your pitch after your stay.

Safety
Generators and firearms, including BB guns are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
No charcoal barbecues allowed.
Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

No additional parking on site.

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
Units longer than 6 metres are not allowed.

Visitors
Visitors are not permitted on site.
